He was the contemporary of great Alexander who invaded India during 327-325 B.C. The archaeological sites having fortified oblong enclosure measuring 5000 feet by 4000 feet area holding the past glory of 3 prominent layer of ancient civilization like Mauryan, Gupta, Pala and Sena kingdom since 300 B.C to 11th century AD. The fourth one goes to the Islamic middle age from 15th to 16th century AD. The rich archaeological museum of Mahasthangarh have got rare collection of antiquities, terracotta objects with many other relics recovered from the site. Sompura Mahavihara consider as the single largest Monasteries south of Himalayas having gigantic pyramidal temple with 177 monastic cells and numerous votive stupas lies in Paharpur. This 7th century archaeological heritage contains not less than 63 stone images and 3000 beautiful terracotta plaques originating many Buddhist religion and Hindu epics. The Paharpur style subsequently played profound influence on Arakanese, Burmese and some latter Hindu monuments in Indonesia. The Paharpur museum has got the rich collection of terracotta plaques, images of different gods and goddess including the Buddhist statue, relics, copper plates and other objects recovered by excavation. Kantanagar is the most spectacular terracotta Hindu temple located in Dinajpur. Beautiful Hindu village Puthia has some of the finest terracotta and historical Hindu temple and Rajbari. Varendra Research museum which one of the oldest museum in Bangladesh with the collection of relics spanning the entire subcontinent from the earliest civilization of Mohenjo-Daro in Pakistan to local archeological excavation sites.

Day 01: Arrival Dhaka, visit National Museum. Overnight Dhaka.

Day 02: Drive to Bogra, visit Mahasthangar and surroundings archeological site. Overnight Bogra.

Day 03: Drive to Rangpur, visit the Tajhat Palace; Afterwards visit the kanjew temple and Dinajpur Rajbari. Overnight Dinajpur.

Day 04: Morning visit the World heritage site Sompura Mahavihara and museum. Drive to Chapinawabganj, en-route visit Kusumba mosque.

Day 05: Gaur sightseeing with the visit of Tahakhana Palace, Darasbari mosque, Choto Sona Mosque. Drive to Rajshahi, visit Varendra museum, silk industry and enjoy the sun set from the bank of Ganges.

Day 06: Visit the beautiful temple city Puthia, Drive to Dhaka and overnight.

Day 07: Dhaka City Tour and departure transfer to airport.
